WT-M PTFE gasket tape
WT-M PTFE gasket tapes consist of 100% expanded PTFE (ePTFE) with a mono-directional fibrous structure.
Advantages and possible applications
WT-M PTFE gasket tapes present a very convenient and universal sealing, can be used for nearly all areas of static sealing techniques. Very few cross sections (width/thickness) cover most application requirements.

WT-M PTFE gasket tapes have a very low cold flow, in comparison with common PTFE gasket tapes. WT-M PTFE gasket tapes are suited for sealing in frictional connection. WT-M PTFE gasket tapes are appropriate for all kinds of flange connections, heat exchangers, containers, hand- and manholes, pumps, centrifuges, reactors and many other applications.
Chemical resistance of PTFE material
pH 0-14 chemicaly resistant to all media, except dissolved or molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at higher temperatures and pressures.
Temperature resistance of PTFE material
-240° C to 270 ° C, intermittent to 315 ° c.

Pressure : Vacuum up to 40 bar
Temperature : -240° C to 150 ° C
